Meet the K&w Team

Kevin joined Richard White in 2020 as a new partner with the firm. He advises clients in tax preparation and planning and manages the day-to-day operations of the firm. Kevin brings over a decade of experience from his time in the Federal and M&A tax groups at KPMG and the M&A advisory group at PwC. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and an MBA graduate of Emory University. Kevin, his wife, Chloe, and their children, Eleanor and Clark, live in Chamblee.

Mely joined the firm in August of 2023. He previously worked in the Federal Tax department of an international accounting and consulting firm based in the Atlanta office. Before that he worked at Jackson Hewitt preparing personal tax returns. Mely is an IRS licensed Enrolled Agent as well as a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. He earned his MSA in accounting from Nova Southeastern University - Florida. Mely currently serves clients preparing business and individual tax returns as well as assisting with other tax matters.

Missy joined the firm in 2019 coming from a local tax attorney’s office where she was an administrative assistant. She worked for three years as an administrative assistant and tax processor at our firm before moving into a personal tax preparer role at the end of 2022. Missy is also a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor and assists other team members with bookkeeping responsibilities as she has time.

Jon joined the firm in 2025. He currently serves clients across our service lines including bookkeeping, payroll, and personal and business taxes. He is a graduate of Davidson College and an MBA graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.

Madison joined Kaspar and White in December 2024. She brings a strong background in business operations and a passion for supporting small businesses. With years of experience running her own company, Madi understands the unique challenges entrepreneurs face and is dedicated to helping clients succeed. She looks forward to building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm’s continued success.
